The right to be informed about the NGO’s mission and vision, how the donation will be used, and the organization’s capacity and intention to use the donation effectively in line with its goals,

The right to obtain information about the board of directors and management, and to expect them to carry out their duties prudently and responsibly,

The right to access up-to-date financial information,

The right to request assurance that the donation will be used for its intended purpose,

The right to receive appropriate acknowledgment,

The right to request confidentiality of donations in accordance with the law,

The right to expect all interactions with any representatives of the organization to be professional,

The right to know whether the person requesting the donation is a volunteer, employee, or an external party hired for this purpose,

The right to request that their contact information be removed from any lists if it will be shared with others,
