Sea and Art
On August 24, 2019, another first was achieved with the "Derin Akıntı / Deep Current" exhibition held at the Halki Theological School. This exhibition featured three different international artists and other artists who contributed underwater photographs, aiming to raise awareness of international marine issues through an artistic perspective.
An exhibition titled "For the Love of Corals" was held at the Beşiktaş Maritime Museum, and a photo exhibition called "Ghost Net" took place at the Caddebostan Cultural Center.
We featured as Ghost Net Hunters in a segment of the documentary "The Last Gatherers" aired on TRT. A documentary was also filmed for the book "The Wonders of the Princes' Islands and Underwater World."
