First in Turkey: The Longest Route Adventure Focused on Sustainability
Since 2015, the Marine Life Conservation Society has been conducting studies on the sustainability of marine life, primarily focusing on the Sea of Marmara, and has launched a new project.
To date, the society has worked on coral reef restoration, produced written and visual publications and exhibitions, removed ghost nets from the seabed, and established marine protected areas. Most recently, it has initiated the "Sustainability Journey from the Marmara to the Mediterranean" project, which is a first for Turkey.
